Great Ideas from New Presidential Diamond Dana Moore Hey guys - like most of you, we saw our unilevel take a hit over the last few months. Not a good sign when you are planning to push for a new rank. So we brainstormed with our topline and got to work and I want to share a bit of what we did to pull it off. (over volume for August was 150,000 more than July!) 1. Customer Appreciation Month: In July we decided to deem Aug Customer Appreciation Month. We sent out postcard invitations, advertised on our team page and ran quick reports and called and invited EVERYONE. We had 3 events in 3 different towns at the very end of the month. Anyone who ran a 100 pv LRP that month could come - make 3 roller balls for free - and bring a new to doterra friend. It was a smashing success! This was open to everyone - not just struggling legs. It was about loving on all of our faithful customers and helping people to see our team culture and engage with us! Roller recipes we did: Yawn: 10 drops each, Lavender, Cedarwood, Bergamot and Wild Orange Soothe: 10 drops marjoram, 10 drops white fir, 5 drops lemongrass Arise: 12 drops peppermint and 12 drops citrus bliss A roller make and take was super duper easy - just oils, FCO and small organza bags needed. We bought bulk rollers from glass bottle outlet. Everyone was invited to stay for BINGO - i put all of the oils in a huge fish bowl and would draw an oil and give a few points about it - and practical usage tips - we went through 50-60 oils each time and everyone learned a ton. We had prizes - 5 ml bottles, left over make and take items from the spring, books, etc. Enrollment giveaway - all the guests were invited to enroll that night and if they did they got their name in a drawing for LLV. 2. Live Blitz Events: One of my gold leaders (now Plat) had a brilliant idea to get everyone together to have blitz events - not text blitz - (because we wanted them to make calls) Each of my topline leaders lead their own blitz and invited all their builders - I gave them a box of product to use as prizes and they went nuts - we booked over 200 classes through these events alone - not to mention that classes that were booked after. The teams bonded, had a blast AND felt massively successful. All of our teams are now blitzing monthly (not for prizes) but as a group to work together and to accomplish a ton in a short amount of time. Massive power hour. We had 30 new elites hit rank last month! 9 new silvers!
