I am sending you this letter because I know that sometime ago you made some purchases and became a wholesale member. I just want to make sure you are happy with your investment. Do you still use the oils or products you purchased? Do you feel like you got the education that you needed to be able to use them effectively? I believe that these oils are the best available and with the proper tools and education they can be life changing. I see it happen all the time from small things such as occasional head pain to greater health concerns. People are not satisfied with the current healthcare system and are continually turning to natural health alternatives. Maybe this is the same with you.

Were you able to attend an Intro to Oils class? This is where you learn about the oils and how and why they work. We also have virtual Facebook classes frequently where you can learn in the comfort of your own home. I also invite you to check out doterrablog.com and doterrascienceblog.com. I’m also giving you one of our new product guides that have the oils and other products just released this year. There is new Wintergreen from Nepal that I love. I love this because often people get their oils and don’t really know how to use them. Each December doTERRA has a wonderful promotion. Don’t leave anyone off your text list. The only ones who you don’t text are people who are doing the blitz.

PREPARATION
Create an objective that will help you reach your end of the year goal. Do you want to get your calendar filled with classes, get out samples, follow-up with people you’ve sampled, book membership or business overviews, more people on LRP, people to attend upcoming classes/events, or a combination? 
Select the text scripts you want to send out.
Create your list of people you want to contact with their cell phone # or Facebook profile
TEXTING TIPS:
Save several scripts for each of your different groups of people you’re texting. (for example: Friends, Coworkers, Church Friends, Acquaintances, Holistic Businesses, etc. as well as for what the desired outcome is - host, sample, membership overview, business overview, commit to attend a class) COPY & PASTE! (Make sure it’s your voice, how you would normally text.)

“Hey Sarah, I’m in a contest to schedule the most essential oil classes in March, will you host one for me? Usually 4-7 people”

“Hi Sarah, I know you love the oils, will you host a class with Person of 4-7 people in March so we can help more people learn about them?

“Hi Sarah, I have a goal to teach 5 doTERRA class in the next few weeks, will you help me out and host one in March? 4-7 people is the ideal size.”

“Hi Sarah, will you help me out and host a doTERRA class in March. I have a great host gift for you.”

Hey Sarah, Do you want to get some essential oils for free or some extra cash? If so, I’m in a contest to schedule the most classes in March. Will you host one?

“Hi Sarah, You’ve been using essential oils for a while now, are you open to sharing with others? If so, will you host a class in March? I have a host gift for you.”

Hey Mom, I need a big favor, I’m in a contest for the next 30 minutes to schedule the most essential oils class. Will you help me out and host one in March?

Hey Sarah, will you host an online doTERRA Class for me. I will send you some free oils and you gather a group of 4-7 people. I’ll teach everyone online.

SCRIPT FOR those not familiar with oils:

Invite to attend a class/event or one-on-one appointment
Offer to bring/send a sample to try
Invite them to host a class
If already open to natural solutions, invite to take a look at the business

Hey Jane, are you open to natural ways to take care of your health. I’ve begun teaching people how to use essential oils to improve their health and I have a few essential oil gift packs I’ve been sharing. Would it be okay if I gave you one of these gift packages?

If you are ready to embark on your essential oil journey with doTerra, here is my Easy Peasy Enrollment Steps:

Step 1:
Click on this link: (INSERT YOU doTERRA LINK) and it will open up a new link.
Step 2:
Select “Join as a new Wellness Advocate” option. This is our Wholesale Membership that gives you 25% off all purchases without any minimum requirements to buy or sell. The Enroller ID and Sponsor Id will be automatically filled out. But if for some reason it does not my # is (INSERT YOUR WA #)
Step 3:
Fill out the information for the Primary Applicant. If you want your partner to be part of your membership, fill out the co-applicant as well. Fill in the Billing and Shipping address and Contact information. At the bottom of Step 3, there are two boxes you can opt to check to receive more information from doTerra and from Essential Wellness, which I recommend.
Step 4:
Choose your Time Zone and select your password. This will be your password to your virtual office where you can place and track orders.
Step 5:
Read Terms and Conditions (doTerra Policy Manual) and check the box.
Step 6:
Read Virtual Office Usage Agreement and check the box below.
Step 7:

(Alternatively, you can also just pay the enrollment fee of $35 and select the products you want to start out with. Some people just want to try a few oils to get started and that is totally fine!)
