Campgrounds:
The Lisa Zimmer Tri fold and the Make and Take approach is what we are thinking of doing over the Summer. The Tri fold is easy to understand and walks them through how to get the oils on their own in case you do not get them to enroll. The Make and Take classes are primarily to get people to pay for their own samples, learn how to get started on their own and to make new contacts. It just happens to be an amazing method to also get enrollments at the time too. So it really is a WIN WIN. You may have enrollments from these classes after repeat classes however the trifold is important because it tells them how to get started if you are not there. Also make sure that whatever the recipes you are using that you are only using oils from the Top Ten Oils to make that. These are the oils shown in the trifold and it directs them to the Home Essentials kit. Then if they are not comfortable with that price you can say we have 2 kits with these oils, big bottle and little bottles. Now (April) is when the Activity Directors and owners are finalizing all of their plans for the Activities for the upcoming Season. FYI Beach Resorts seem to do this right after January because of how slow they are then. Every Campground will be laid of different and many may not even have an events hall or Activities Center. That is perfectly ok. You can just grab a picnic table and set the kids up with a game and dive on in. The nice part about Campgrounds is that they will list your activity being offered on their Calendar and do the advertising for you. You could also ask them to do a advanced sign up and limit the amount of Guests. This is something that helps put the urgency on attendance. Whatever number you feel comfortable with would work. Having a helper would definitely be helpful if you are doing the make and take part as well. Ask to speak with the Activity Planner, Event Coordinator or Owner.
